This French course is aimed at professionals of the energy sector coming, in particular, from Developing countries. It comprises methodological and practical courses on the basic instruments of energy programming and seminars allowing for an up-dating of knowledge on the principal energy-related issues. This course ends with the granting of a University degree. Since 1990 it has gathered from 10 to 15 participants each year, who are mostly foreigners (Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia) and financed either by their home-institution or by international agencies such as IEPF (Quebec), the World Bank, etc. As this course is in French, you may get more information in french by clicking here
